Consultation.

It all starts to become real when you make that first contact. The first meeting is the most exciting, that’s where we get to know you and what you want. We take into consideration your budget, your aesthetic and your concerns and will deliver you a plan to make it happen.

On Site Meeting.

Take the next step in your new home or commercial space journey, where we’ll meet you on-site so we can get a lay of the land. We assess the property or lot to ensure that what you have planned can be achieved based on your budget.

Planning.

If you already have plans drafted up by an architect, we’d love to see them! However, if you don’t have any plans or aren’t sure, we can outsource one on your behalf at an additional design charge.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICE
- if you want a fully custom designed luxury home.

Here is where the fun begins. We start to discuss how you want your dream home or space to feel and look like with our architects and drafting technicians. You want a home, not a house. Unless you’re a business - then you want an office. We walk you through what to expect when building a house or office with LBM Group and explain our processes, so you know what to expect when constructing with us. We discuss your aesthetic, how you want to see your home in the present, and future, and your budget. We deliver realistic expectations back to you with plans to achieve what you had in mind.

Quoting.

Once we have the plans, we move into quoting the project to you. Our home builds start at around $250,000 upwards, depending on design and materials. We believe our quality and craftsmanship will stand the test of time and age gracefully with your family living in it.

Lodge Building Approval.

In this stage of the build process, we go through to the correct authorised channels to ensure your build adheres to all industry and governmental standards. We legitimise the structure with guaranteed stakeholders so that your home stands in its own right.

Building Development Stage.

This is our favourite stage. Here, we break out the tools and get to work. We begin to lead with passion and hone in on our craftsmanship. We start by laying the foundations of your new home in Brisbane, room by room. Building a new home with us can take anywhere between 16 - 20 weeks. We believe that honesty, communication and transparency during the build stage is essential, which is why we frequently will be in contact with you in regards to the building progress of your new home.

Handover.

The moment we’ve been building up too has arrived. Our favourite part of the journey is handing over the keys to your dream home or office space. Your new home or office in Brisbane is officially yours. We are passionate about delivering you a quality fully finished product that will stand the test of time.
